We accept PDF files. For best results, ensure your PDF has embedded fonts and is set to the correct page size (A4 or Letter).
Express delivery is typically 2-4 hours. Standard delivery is next business day. Mail delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on location.
You can cancel during the grace period (shown on your order). Once printing begins, cancellation may not be possible. Contact support for help.
Go to your order details to see real-time status. You'll receive notifications when your order is printed, ready, and out for delivery.
Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We offer reprints or refunds for quality problems that are our fault.
Go to Settings > Addresses to add and manage delivery locations. Saved addresses speed up checkout.
Yes. Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Print shops can only access files for jobs assigned to them, and files are deleted after printing.
We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay. You're charged when you place the order. Receipts are emailed automatically.
