How do I place an order?

Tap the 'Print' tab, select your file, choose delivery options, and complete checkout. Your order will be assigned to a nearby print shop.

What file types are supported?

We accept PDF files. For best results, ensure your PDF has embedded fonts and is set to the correct page size (A4 or Letter).

How long does delivery take?

Express delivery is typically 2-4 hours. Standard delivery is next business day. Mail delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on location.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel during the grace period (shown on your order). Once printing begins, cancellation may not be possible. Contact support for help.

How do I track my order?

Go to your order details to see real-time status. You'll receive notifications when your order is printed, ready, and out for delivery.

What if there's a problem with my print?

Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We offer reprints or refunds for quality problems that are our fault.

How do I save addresses?

Go to Settings > Addresses to add and manage delivery locations. Saved addresses speed up checkout.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Print shops can only access files for jobs assigned to them, and files are deleted after printing.

How do payments work?

We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay. You're charged when you place the order. Receipts are emailed automatically.

Can I use unprint for business?

Yes! Contact us about business accounts with invoicing, volume discounts, and team management features.
